Description
Advent is one of the most beautiful times of the year: a time when we slow down, turn to each other, and prepare our hearts for Christmas together. Even a single tiny flame can bring light into the darkness and if we keep it alive together, it shines even further. 
In Debrecen, it is a cherished tradition to light the candles of the Advent wreath together on Advent Sundays. This year, we once again warmly welcome everyone to the heart of the city to share in the intimate moments of anticipation and get into the festive spirit together as a community.

Featuring: Tímea Arany, actress and singer (Madách Theatre), Csongor Széles pastor, Réka Vad singer-songwriter, Ort-Iki Puppet and Street Theatre, the Kicsinyek Choir (Kölcsey Ferenc Reformed Elementary School), the Szivárvány Children's Choir (St. Ephrem Greek Catholic Institution), the Debrecen Hajdú Dance Ensemble, the Pipás Band, Kuckó Művésztanya, and the students of Ady Endre High School.
