FőnixFitt is a leisure and mass sports event created with the intention of establishing a tradition, now being organized for the eighth time during the season of New Year’s resolutions. The aim of the event is to promote sports, physical activity, and exercise, while emphasizing the importance of maintaining good health. With the support of the City of Debrecen, and in cooperation with the University of Debrecen’s Institute of Sport Sciences and the Sports Diagnostics, Lifestyle, and Therapy Center, we offer a program that fills an important gap both in the region and in Hungary’s second-largest city.

The event is designed for both beginners who are just getting acquainted with sports and for those who exercise regularly, whether daily or weekly. Participants can join main stage programs featuring energizing workouts. In addition, booths from the most popular fitness clubs in Debrecen, workshops, professional exhibitors, health screening programs, and lifestyle counseling sessions will also be available. For those who get tired during the day’s activities, a relaxation area will provide a space to rest and recharge in the Főnix Arena.
