For the tenth time, the heart of Nagyerdő will be filled with flavors, aromas, and experiences at Debrecen’s biggest gastro-cultural event—and in 2026 we’re dreaming even bigger than ever before!

A three-day culinary journey across continents, cultures, and traditions.
In this anniversary year, we will literally bring the gastronomic diversity of the world to Debrecen:

2026 is also the International Year of Pastoralism, so the spotlight will be on the ancient knowledge and traditions that shape food production and gastronomy around the world. At the festival, flavors connected to pastoral culture will be presented in both modern and classic forms.
